My story is not the average one! Having grown up with a commercial photographer Father and and older brother who was heavily into art photography you would have thought I would have shown some interest.
With an array or Hasselblad and Mamiya cameras lying around at home I would have had a great learning opportunity. I not once however showed any interest in the medium. I was far more intent on the area of becoming a Radio 1 DJ. Well after 10 years working in the radio industry I’ve come home as it were and realised that photography is the place to air my pent up creativity, rather than working with sound I’m now creating with light, which actually has, I believe some incredible crossover.
